Terms & Conditions 123av — Platform Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform 123av at https://123av-play.com, you automatically agree to comply with and be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the 123av platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the operator of the platform 123av. This document applies to all services provided by 123av, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, poker, virtual sports, and all other games available on the platform.

By accepting these terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, which form part of this agreement.

To register and use the platform 123av, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• Not acting on behalf of another person without written authorisation

One Account Per Player: Each player is only permitted to have one (1) active account at 123av. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — using the same name, IC number, phone number, or IP address — are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date. 123av reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and to request supporting documents such as a copy of your IC, bank statement, or proof of address.

All financial transactions on the platform 123av conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If you have received any bonus, the rollover requirement must be fully met before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM 20,000 for standard accounts
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 require full KYC verification
• 123av is not responsible for delays caused by banks or e-wallet providers
• Funds suspected of originating from illegal activities will be frozen and reported

All bonuses and promotions offered by 123av subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover requirement: Every bonus must be rolled over the specified number of times before any withdrawal is permitted
• Validity period: Bonuses have an expiry date and will be forfeited if the rollover requirements are not met within the specified period
• One bonus per promotion: Each player is entitled to one bonus per promotion only, regardless of the number of accounts held
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit or abuse bonus offers — including the use of multiple accounts or hedge betting strategies — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure

The 123av Welcome Bonus (up to 100% on your first deposit, capped at RM500) is subject to a 30x rollover and must be used within 14 days. The weekly 5% cashback is calculated every Monday and credited every Tuesday with no rollover requirement.

All bets placed on the platform 123av — whether for Sports Betting (EPL football, Malaysia Super League, badminton), Live Casino, slots, poker, virtual sports, or other games — are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified
• In the event of a technical failure, affected bets will be refunded or settled fairly at 123av's discretion
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds and actual odds due to a technical error, 123av reserves the right to void the affected bet
• Bets placed on matches that have already started and where odds have been reset are valid at the odds in effect at the time the bet was placed
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• Collusion between players in poker or other table games is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure

For live casino and slots games, all game outcomes are generated by an RNG (Random Number Generator) system audited by iTech Labs. Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

As an account holder 123av, you are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials, including your username and password. It is your responsibility to:

• Ensure your password is unique, strong, and not shared with anyone
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
• Notify 123av immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Do not allow any other person to use your account under any circumstances
• Use a secure internet connection when accessing your 123av account

123av is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a player's own negligence. All activity carried out under your account — whether by you or a third party — is your sole responsibility.

123av reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion relating to any of the following:

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual
• Bonus abuse or promotion exploitation
• Use of bots, automated software, or any form of technical cheating
• Colluding with other players in competitive games
• Money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions
• Actions that threaten the security or integrity of the 123av platform
• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions

In the event of a suspension, 123av will notify players via their registered email. Any valid account balance will be returned once the investigation is concluded, unless it is linked to fraudulent or illegal activity.

All content available on the platform 123av — including but not limited to logos, trade names, interfaces, designs, graphics, text, software, and databases — are the exclusive property of 123av or its licensors.

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any 123av content without written permission is strictly prohibited
• Use of the 123av trademark name or logo for commercial purposes is prohibited
• Mass extraction or reuse of data from the 123av platform is strictly prohibited
• Reverse engineering or attempting to decode any platform software is strictly prohibited

Infringement of 123av's intellectual property rights may result in legal action. 123av reserves the right to seek damages and injunctive relief against any party found to have violated these rights.

Platform 123av provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, 123av makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the availability, reliability, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

123av shall not be liable for:

• Losses due to service interruptions, system maintenance, or technical failures beyond our control
• Losses arising from betting or game decisions made by the player
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to player negligence
• Any form of indirect, incidental, or punitive loss
• Data loss due to force majeure events

Under no circumstances shall 123av's total maximum liability to any player exceed the amount of active deposits held in that player's account at the time the relevant incident occurs.

As a condition of using the platform, you agree to:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the platform 123av shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
